  Our er0s is an integral part of living our wholeness. It is an incredible force for whole body integration and coming back home to ourselves and our hunger for life!

  In this online course you’ll be guided to feel the power and pleasure of placing and moving your attention in your body to enhance your experience and enjoyment of your er0tic aliveness.

  The practices in this course are clothes on, inner body focused meditations for er0tic wellbeing. 

These body meditations have been created by me and are inspired by my t@ntric yoga studies together with my work with individuals, couples, and groups as s∈x coach. Over the years, I have used these practices to support people in transforming their relationship with their own s∈xuality and their relationships with their s∈x partners.

In this course you’ll experience erotic wellbeing body meditations that enhance your connection with your desire, sexual fantasy, g∈nitals, anυs, ∈cstasy, and more!

This is not a g∈nital self-pleasuring course (as enjoyable as they are). This course does not include manual g∈nital stimulation. You are asked to agree to keep your g∈nital area clothed throughout this course. With that said, you may experience g∈nital arousal during this course without any touching of your g∈nitals.

About Sadhu

Sadhu is a powerfully present, clear, warm, and playful facilitator and space-holder, and brings expertise in ritual process, er0tic empowerment, embodiment practices, and shadow work. He is a s∈x and relationship coach who works with individuals, couples, and groups in Amsterdam and internationally.

The live online sessions take place in a private Zoom video chat room.

Please arrive 5minutes before start time when you will be admitted into the Zoom room. Entry will close 5minutes after start time.

This is a very LGBTQ+ friendly course and is open to adult human beings of all gender expressions and sexual orientations!

Each session includes:

• Learning and discussing of 3 Er0tic Body meditations.
• Experiential sharing. 
• Inquiry into body taboos.
• Specific invitations for play and exploration at home between sessions.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations made more than 28 days in advance of the event will receive a full refund minus a €25 administration fee. Cancellations made 28 days or less before the event will be charged in full. In unavoidable circumstances, Sadhu may, at his own discretion, give a partial refund or transfer your payment to a future event (minus a €25 administration fee).
